1989 was a significant year for Porsche. Named the 964 it would sport the first all wheel drive system for the U.S.
market. Hence the '4' in Carrera 4. The first for a US model and the same mechanical parts as the 959 were the sole
reasons for buying this car. With service and maintenance records an inch and a half thick, the car carries a clean
carfax and auto check. Records will also show a case matching motor rebuild to assure many more years of spirited
driving. Too many docs to scan but available upon request. Most notable is that the car was serviced by 'The
Stable'. Just Yelp them and ask for Brian who has serviced this car since end of its factory warranty. The major
advantage with purchasing an '89 is its OBD1 and G50 transmission. Meticulously cared for and all books, tools and
air compressor included.
