You will also have your own full bathroom. These rooms are located on the opposite side of an 1850 sq. ft. house than my room. It is located about 7 minutes from 540 in the Bethel Heights area. (Between North Springdale and Lowell) The house is about 8 years old in a nice quiet subdivision on a cul de sac. I love to keep up with the yard, it is always one of the nicer yards in the subdivision. The back yard is big and there is a deck with a gas bbq overlooking it, feel free to entertain. I have a pickup truck that is too long for the garage so I will even throw in garage parking. Feel free to store stuff in the garage. I am a male in my mid 40's, I work hard and have a lot of responsibility. I am really easy to live with, easy going and I like to have fun. I smoke on the back deck and you are welcome to as well but no smoking in the house. I will require 1st month rent (can be prorated depending on your move in day) and a $300.00 deposit.
